Last week, I sent 'The Waiting' and 'Teddy Bear Gathering' to the framers. 'The Waiting' is going to cost $319 to get framed (with a 3D effect which is why its more expensive) and the teddies will cost $128.

I'm not sure how long they will take to get framed, she said it would take quite a while and I took them last Friday so I will have to see...

I will of course post pictures when they arrive!

  1. First time commenter, but I've been watching the progress of "The Waiting" for quite some time. I can't wait to see it framed - it turned out spectacularly. Congrats and happy stitching!

  2. I'm sure it will look fantastic after framing!

  3. Yikes, that's expensive! I didn't realize it was that much. Think you better insure all three pieces when done.

  4. Your HAED is worth every single penny that you spent on the is absolutely gorgeous. I paid just about the same for a Kustom Kraft piece for framming and don't regret one penny. I figure we spend a great deal of time on these and they deserve to be frammed professionally. You have done a fabulous job on this one -- I've been watching your progress on the HAED board. I'm getting ready to start my first HAED soon. Hope mine looks half as nice as yours!!
